Pursuant to §11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-premises Contracts Act (FAGG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (subscription activation).
For digital content (software downloads and SaaS subscriptions), the right of withdrawal expires early if: (a) performance has begun, and (b) you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon performance commencing. By activating your AIDIO licence, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right.
