Pursuant to §11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-premises Contracts Act (FAGG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (subscription activation).
For digital content (software downloads and SaaS subscriptions), the right of withdrawal expires early if: (a) performance has begun, and (b) you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon performance commencing. By activating your AIDIO licence, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal before any analyses have been used, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
If you have used some but not all of your included analyses, the right of withdrawal no longer applies under the digital content exception above. As a goodwill policy, we will calculate a pro-rata refund for the unused analyses remaining in your billing period. Contact support@aidiomusic.ai with your account details to request this.
No refund is available once all included analyses for the billing period have been consumed.
