AIDIO is an AI-powered mixing and mastering assistant distributed as a VST3 plugin. The controller of your data is AIDIO (contact: rafael@aidiomusic.ai). This policy covers both the AIDIO and AIDIO Reader plugins, and this website.
The AIDIO plugin analyses your session locally on your computer. Raw audio, stems, samples, and project files are never uploaded to our servers under any circumstances.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email rafael@aidiomusic.ai, we respond within 30 days.

Pursuant to §11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-premises Contracts Act (FAGG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (subscription activation).
For digital content (software downloads and SaaS subscriptions), the right of withdrawal expires early if: (a) performance has begun, and (b) you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon performance commencing. By activating your AIDIO licence, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right.
