These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern the use of the AIDIO software plugin and the aidiomusic.ai website, operated by Rafael Bueno de Mesquita, trading as AIDIO / AIDIOMusic, Austria.
AIDIO provides an AI-powered mixing and mastering VST3/AU plugin ("the Software") and related services. Paid subscription plans are available as described on the pricing page. A free tier is available with limited analyses per month.
Upon activation, AIDIO grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Software on up to two devices simultaneously. You may not sublicense, sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Software.
All rights in the Software, including all AI models, algorithms, and interfaces, remain the exclusive property of AIDIO. Feedback submitted by users may be used to improve the Software without compensation.
AIDIO is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIDIO disclaims all warranties. AIDIO's liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Linz, Austria, to the extent permitted by law.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns and refunds.
