Teilnahmebedingungen / Terms of Participation

  1. Promoter. This promotion is run by AIDIO, operated by Rafael Bueno de Mesquita, Lederergasse 47a, 4020 Linz, Austria (support@aidiomusic.ai).
  2. Eligibility. Open to natural persons aged 18 or over, worldwide, except where prohibited by local law. Employees of AIDIO and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  3. Entry period. Entries open on publication of this page and close on 10 September 2026 at 23:59:59 CEST. Late entries will not be accepted.
  4. How to enter. Entrants must: (a) follow @aidiomusic.ai on Instagram; (b) download and activate AIDIO using the email address they submit in the entry form; and (c) complete and submit the entry form on this page. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same email address or Instagram account will be disqualified.
  5. The draw. Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place on 11 September 2026. The promoter's decision is final.
  6. Prizes. 1 (one) grand prize of AIDIO Studio for 12 months; 5 (five) prizes of AIDIO Studio for 6 months; 10 (ten) prizes of AIDIO Producer for 6 months. Prizes are delivered as single-use discount codes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
  7. Winner notification. Winners will be contacted by email and Instagram DM by 13 September 2026. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be redrawn.
  8. Verification. Winners must be following @aidiomusic.ai on Instagram at the time of the draw and must be able to confirm activation of a free AIDIO account using the submitted email address. Failure to verify will result in disqualification and a redraw.
  9. Data. Entry data (name, email, Instagram handle) is processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). Email marketing consent (if given) is processed under Art. 6(1)(a) and may be withdrawn at any time. See our privacy policy for full details.
  10. Cancellation. AIDIO reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
  11. Governing law. This promotion is governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
